When you fill out a contact form on our site, we collect:

  • Your message content

We also collect standard analytics data through Cloudflare, which includes general traffic information like page views, referral sources, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal data. Ever. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Your information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you about our services.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to run our business:

  • Cloudflare — Website hosting and privacy-focused analytics
  • MailChannels — Email delivery for contact form submissions
  • Discord — Internal team notifications (your data is not shared in Discord)

Social Media & Content Publishing

As part of our services, we may post content to TikTok, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms on behalf of clients via authorized API access. All client content remains the property of the client. We only publish content that has been reviewed and authorized.

Content Automation

We use AI tools to assist in content creation and publishing workflows. All automated content is reviewed and authorized before publication. These tools help us work efficiently but do not make independent publishing decisions.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for the purpose of ongoing business communication. If you've reached out to us, we keep your information so we can follow up and provide the services you've inquired about. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Regardless of where you're located, we respect your data rights. You have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
  • Delete — Request that we delete your personal data
  • Opt out — Opt out of any data collection beyond what's necessary for service delivery
